• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service

3. Account and Access

You must log in using Google to access editing features. You are responsible for your account activity.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them with our AI tools.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies without notice.

We provide the service "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

ImageGPT is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
